Why is there a membership fee?

Membership fees (or dues) are the first step in committing your support to the Grant Elementary school community. The monies collected directly fund Grant PTA-sponsored initiatives.

Grant PTA understands fees add to the financial weight of a new school year. Therefore, membership scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis. If you would like more information, you can confidentially contact Grant Elementary Family Resource Coordinator.

Are you looking for ways to get more involved with classroom activities, meet other parents or help to Grow Greatness at Grant?

It’s Spring, and our PTA is kicking into high gear to make the remainder of this school year amazing for our kids. That means lots of events paid for by our PTA, including assemblies, Teacher Appreciation Week, CAR-nival, 5th Grade graduation and more. 

It also means fundraisers to pay for all the things that our PTA does.

WHAT ARE WE RAISING MONEY FOR? In addition to the fun events, our PTA has made a commitment to provide funds for: 

• $10 per student (totaling $3,500) to attend a 2nd field trip or classroom project this school year

• Gift cards for families in crisis 

• Field trip lunches/snacks for students who cannot afford to bring their own

• Clothes for students who have accidents at school 

• Welcome kit with a t-shirt for every new student, K and preschoolers

How can you help? This year our Grant PTA is offering an alternative for parents, family, and friends to take the hassle out of fundraising. Donate online, and 100% of your donation supports programs for our school.
